Subject: Trek Madone 4.5 - $1600

Trying to sell some of my toys to pay for my last semester of college.  I bought this bike in April, 2012 and it was obsessively maintained and serviced by the Trek Store.  It was used for training and 3 races.  Great midrange road bike for leisure riding, racing, and triathlons.

2012 Trek Madone 4.5 -- Size- 58

Carbon frame, carbon fork, and carbon seat post.  Bike is equipped with Shimano 105  group, excluding brake calibers.  The Brake calibers are alloy dual pivot brakes. The crank is a compact (50,34).  The rear wheel has a Shimano Cassette (12-30)

Free Extras I can throw in with the bike-  *Bontrager DouTrap sensor- it's mounted into the chain stay and wireless tracks cadence and speed and works with any ANT+ computer.   *I can also include used Shimano 105 pedals with cleats and a pair of Lake CX210 cycling/ triathlon shoes if needed.  They are size 46.  I also have a pair of Bontrager aero bar extensions I'll throw in (These don't have clamps to attach to handle bars or arm pads, but you can pick these up at any bike shop)

Bike with stock bontrager wheels- $1600

Bike with Plant X wheels- $1900

I'm also willing to sell the Planet X wheels with tires separately for $400

I have 2 Wheel Options for the bike:

1- Stock Bontrager approved alloy rims with Bontrager R1 tires. Tires have quite a bit of life left on them.  These came on the bike.

2- Planet X 82 Millimeter Carbon Tubular Wheels with Continental Sprinter (22mm) tires glued, and valve extenders installed.  (Wheels retail at $700, tires retail at $70 a piece) They have very Low mileage!  The front wheel/ tire has 126 miles on it, and the rear wheel/ tire has less than 50 miles. (I used a Powertap wheel with a disc cover instead of the rear wheel), so these wheels and tires are pretty much new, and fast!

*The bike as a few places that show wear (paint chips).  The right shifter has a few scratches from the bike falling over once.  All these are cosmetic, the bike shifts perfectly and has no structural damage. I've attached pictures below to show them these scratches.

Free local pickup (Columbus, OH

I'm open to offers, this stuff has to go.
