I use the rice bars on all of my long rides - they are awesome. I have tried all the varieties featured in the book, and have even tried a few of my own variations. Much more satisfying than a Cliff or Lara bar. |

I love the rice bars w/ peanuts, coconut and chocolate. They are the perfect bar for long rides, having plenty of calories, carbs, and sodium. Great book and I'll definitely get the second one. |

I got it for the portables mostly, but am concerned about eating them on long rides, but not racing with them. Training the gut and all for race day. Has anyone race an IM with the portables? A HIM? Just curious as to how (and if ) that would work. It's not like we have support cars handing up our food lol! Thanks for any feedback! |
