Stage 1 done.  Wasn't sure if I'd be able to do it, having had knee surgery eight days ago, but after a few minutes of warm-up, it felt pretty decent.  Dropped the intensity to 90% from the get-go....it was still hard!

Stage 1 Done. Had a chain jump sprocket during the "sprint" on the first 20min. My chain was acting up so I need to look at that tonight. Rode at 100% and will keep it there the entire tour.

Just did stage one.  Got a new bike yesterday and had to transfer over my GSC and I guess I didn't tighten the magnet on the spoke enough because at minute 40 I lost my power and heard this wicked clicking noise.  Had to stop and tighten it up.  Luckily I didn't lose the arm on the sensor.  To get myself back into the good graces of The Tour I put out 150% for an extra 30 seconds at the end of the last interval, just to make it hurt a bit more.

199 dropped out on the first day!

Hate to say it but I'll be joining the ranks today.  Good luck on the rest of the tour guys, very jealous!

Finished stage 2 last night at 90%, after doing HHNF initially at about 95%, but had done long scream that morning.

Wonder how many will drop after stage 2?  That 199 were DNS.

Stage 3 looks pretty rough; extra shot THEN Fight Club?

TR name is same; tcj103

First two stages done....doing stage three in a few hours. Legs are already feeling it, but if i get it done and out of the way in a few hours, I'll have a bit of a longer recovery, as tomorrows workout will be later...get almost 30 hours of rest between workouts.

Just finished Stage 2 at 95%, I thought this one was more manageable than HHNF for sure.  I got a feeling tomorrow will be pretty rough.

Interesting, I thought this one was harder.  I am not looking forward to tomorrow though.  That one is going to hurt

Definitely harder for me.  Day 1 had a mechanical and had to switch out bikes mid ride on the trainer, Day 2 went much better for me but after the warm up I could really feel Day 1's ride in my legs.

This is going to be much tougher than I initially thought.

I'm in the camp of having managed Stage 2 better than Stage 1. I remain at 100% and will leave it there for tomorrow. Gulp.

NP = 217

Target power was 203 and I finished with AVG at 204

Watched a documentary on Chinese Artist/Activist Ai WeiWei.

Stage 2 in the books. First time doing the hunted. Felt good, but those sprints at the end are killer. Still at 100%, NP 204 for stage 2.

day 3 done at 100%. fell off a little this time. NP 173, IF 0.92 (vs 0.95 plan), Avg power 155 (vs 158 plan). i know that i didnt hit the targets, some of it may also be due to weak battery in my PT. going to replace that before tomorrow nights day 4. I took advantage of the time zone rules and got an early start, not planning a rest day, but i've got that buffer just in case life happens.

just finished stage 3. Was odd doing the Extra Shot first with no warm up. First time doing either of those videos. Liked the extra shot a lot.

Done with day 2.  Just got a new bike the other day and apparently the GSC magnet won't hold well on the spokes, so it kept sliding and I'd lose power and the workout kept pausing, and I'd keep going, then it would kick back on, total pain in the butt.  The ride is 1:03 but my watch clocked it at 1:08 because of all the pausing.  Worst part is I was pedaling at the same cadence when it would drop out until it came back on so I put an extra 5 minutes in there.  I'm sure that will bode well for the rest of the week.

Done all 3 at 100%. Im the same username. I thought this was the easiest day so far perhaps? Enjoyed not being at threshold the entire time on Fight Club which is much different then the previous 2.

Mommy.

I was struggling through Stage 3 and missed my target power goals at 100%. 17 hours in between Stage 2 and Stage 3 ... probably needed a bit more rest.

NP=227 for Extra Shot

NP=199 for Fight Club

I faded for the final two intervals of Fight Club. Time to nourish and rest up for tomorrow.
