Jogged for only a few minutes. Wanted some more but i had wasted time with bathroom business

Comments:

First 2 miles my shins and top of feet hurt some. I blame yesterdays cycling. It went away. I was shooting for 7:15 here but wasnt sweating it too much. Very happy to beat that.

What would you do differently?:

I had some gas in the tank for the last mile, so maybe i could have pushed it a little more earlier. I don't know, thats a dangerous game if the margin for error is small.

Brunch with tami and her friends. Then home for a drink and a nap.
