Subject: 1.29.13 Tuesday Training

Good morning BT!

4:15am:  6 mile run
5:15am:  50 mins/15 miles on the KK

Today is Twin Day...hubby and I are dressing alike, we teach right across the hall from each other--I sure hope the kids don't get confused!  Lord help them if they think I'm going to teach them math or science!

Good Morning

Probably try to get to the pool here at lunch for a swim but it will be short and sweet today, with 4 labs running all day extra time will be non existent. I just hate it when work interferes with play.

3 mi run in 30:25 today. Snow storm headed our way tonight...might be bound to the treadmill the next couple days, since tomorrow is a strength training day maybe I can avoid the dreadmill for Thursdays intervals...

Tuesday all but finished here. One hour run around our school fields and some strength training in the posh new fitness room at work.....everything my gym has, except the big windows with killer views of river and sunset. The school treadmills face a blank wall--not attractive, but I suppose they will serve if I'm time-crunched and desperate!

After work tonight either make up the run or do resistance workout...

Slow 2.5 mile run 0500.  It was good to finally get outside even though it was dark and foggy.

May get to the pool tonight if I can leave work on time.

1600 in the pool this morning, drive home and ran 3 miles outside...enjoying the springlike temps today...just wish the  would be sticking around. Near 60 today and tomorrow with high of 25 for Thursday...brrrrrrrr...

No SBR for me today, I have a soccer game this evening, well actually it's 10pm tonight so that can count as my training for the day.

Trying to figure out if I can play the game, get back and asleep before midnight then up at 4.30 to run.  Not looking forward to that run!

5:30 - 70 minutes on the bike trainer then 20 minute run. Trying to train myself to get up at 5. Makes me very sleepy right about, now. Zzzzzzzz.

Day four of the Tour of Sufferlandria for me - todays video A Very Dark Place. I finished it about 30 mins ago and my legs still dont feel completely solid! Definitely starting to feel it now!

5 mile run on the TM since the weather is a disaster...warm but pouring rain/melting ice. A bit trecherous. Maybe tomorrow I can get outside if the ice is gone. Supposed to be 12 degrees with rain. I'd take that in Jan!
