Comments: Not what I was hoping for. Based on training, I should be at least 5 seconds faster per mile. I know the speed will come with training, and I'll see the low 17:xx range soon. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/269416222 What would you do differently?: Focus for the year is getting to Kona. It's nice to shoot for some fast 5k and 10k times, but that isn't the real goal. Post race
