What Races are on your list in the area for 2013?

I am deciding between the Rev3 Half Full and Rev3 Cedar point to wrap up the season.

Oh, some good ideas in there. I'm still figuring things out, as I only recently got back to running after a few months of post-marathon achilles woes. If all goes well, then I'd like to do:

• St Patricks Day 8k, 3/10 -- the comeback! Love this downtown DC race
• [Downtown Columbia Sprint Tri, 3/24 - not local; I'll be in Columbia, SC for work that weekend]
• [Double Oak Duathlon, 4/6 - not local; it's a USAT qualifier in Birmingham, AL]
• Azalea Classic 5k, 4/20 - our neighborhood race, couldn't miss it
• Columbia Tri, 5/19 - my favorite local tri
• Garrett Co Gran Fondo, 6/22 - so beautiful, so relentless
• Big Savage Mtn Hillclimb, 6/23 - to round out the weekend, Westernport Wall to top
• [Mt Washington Hillclimb, 8/17 - not local; should be epic]
• Ragnar Relay DC, 10/4-5 - our team will be back for a third time
• ... later part of year not so worked out yet

Not including local running club running races, assorted social bike rides, and as-yet-undetermined cyclocross races next fall:

Registration is not yet open for the TT's - but they are "planned."

Last year - I did no tri's (other than as relays), only du's.  This year, I have 3 on the calendar!  Yikes.

I did the Phunt Run 50K 5 January.

24 February - RRCA 10 Mile Challenge

16 March - B&A Trail Marathon

23 March - Hat Run 50K (I'm on the wait list. We'll see...)

28 April - Iron Master's Challenge 50K, Pine Grove Furnace St Park, PA (tenative)

19 May - Columbia Tri

1 June - North Face Endurance Challenge DC - 50 Miler *GULP*

15 June - Baltimore Ten Miler (If I'm not dead, and my legs are still attached, and...)

So on the fence beyond that... I want to do Half Full again, and I do want to do the Baltimore Marathon one of these years, but I don't think I can do a Marathon the week after a 70... So maybe Half Full and the Philly Marathon? Not sure....

OK, I bit the bullet and signed up for the Ripit Events Duathlon (actually won an entry) and the Rev3 Half full in October.
