Well, clearly entirely up to you but a large number of us are doing Sammamish so that might be the general answer here.

There were only 100 spots open this morning for Lake Samm.  The races are totally different--LS is small (although 2000 runners this year) but a very homey, green and well-done event.  MI is a tougher course, big sponsors, major swag, fundraising support etc.  I guess it depends what you want in a race.  Of course the appeal of a BT meetup at LS should sway you.

LS unless you feel like running a tough course... MI has some nasty hills on it.
