Comments: Started out very smooth and fast I did not start out too fast so I was able to pace very well. What would you do differently?: push a little harder through the middle part of the course. Transition 1
Comments: Blew through transition. took 19 seconds of last years time and had the fastest transition of th day. Hope they all go this smooth. What would you do differently?: absolutly nothing. Bike

Comments: Great run my fastest pace during a tri. What would you do differently?: smile more. Post race

Oatmeal breakfast and packed bag the night before. Double checked my bag. (at the event I realized I forgot my towel) did not plan to use it but it is an identifier for my transition spot.
Stretched for about 20 mins. did a few sprints for warm up and about 3 to 4 minutes of swimming.
