  • 19m 22s
  • 3.11 miles

Comments:

HOT AND NO WIND. HARD WORK OVER THE LAST MILE OR SO. HAD SOMEONE ON MY SHOULDER THE WHOLE TIME BUT MANAGED TO PICK UP THE PACE IN THE LAST 100 METERS. DRINK STATIONS WERE NOT MANNED SO YOU HAD TO GRAB YOURSELF WHICH WAS A LITTLE TOUGH. GOOD COURSE AND A GOOD TURNOUT OF 350 OR SO.
What would you do differently?:

WEAR MY FUEL BELT SO I COULD DRINK MORE
Post race
Warm down:

WATER, BANANA, WALKED A LITTTLE AND STETCHED A BI. 1/2 MILE WALK BACK TO THE CAR

What limited your ability to perform faster:

DRINKING ENOUGH

Event comments:

HAD A GOOD RUN. WANTED TO GO SUB 19 BUT TOO HOT FOR THAT.

unmanned water stations?  Last year they had two set up with plenty of volunteers and the neighbors were out with their hoses watering us down as we ran....really great
