Bike: 18:14:43 213 miles; several trainer sessions that I don't log mileage for

Run: 16:03:02 113.64 miles

Swim: 7:24:14 23,600 yards Cry

Strength: 4:55:00

 

I'm sad about the input time for cycling. I should have had more trainer sessions but school has been burning me out and academics take priority. I'm SUPER sad about swimming I wanted to be at about 40,000 yards. March I'm planning a big week of swimming after spring break with minimal running and cycling. Going to hit 35-40k yards, and it should revive some old muscles I lost in time for a sprint at the beginning of April.

Yeah! Spring is around the corner, and that probably means only another 5-6 weeks on the trainer! Definitely looking forward to warmer weather here in the Northeast.

February's totals:
Bike:30h 42m 17s  - 411.3 Mi
Run:7h 12m 06s  - 39.71 Mi

Few hours less than January but the per day total is higher because of the 3 day difference.  Averaging 15 hours a week.  About 12.5 hours for easy weeks and 17.5 hours for the hard/harder/hardest weeks.

IM is in 3 weeks and 2 days...

Had 3 consecutive weekends of races in Jan/Feb.. Lower volumes but much higher intensities. Let's see if it pays off

Almost full volume, post-injury recovery.  Had some bike problems toward the end of the month, hopefully be able to get outside more in March but may be relegated to long rides on the trainer

An unusual month for me....

Bike 34h25m30s Most of it was on a week-long bike tour in Laos. I counted it as training because it involved some TDF-like hill climbs of 20+ km/4000 feet. Didn't have an odometer and much of the rest was trainer or stationary, so not sure of mileage. Bike tour about 450 km total (just under 20 hours), plus a 80 km road ride in Saigon.

Run 9h23m7s A little low due to not running during bike tour, and injury in January that slowed me down early in the month.

Swim 7h49m23s  24,500m Rather low due to short month, bike tour, and pool closures for meets

6 weight sessions.

Most excitingly, I have been cleared by my ortho to ease back into running, so I am jogging a few blocks every other day on my walks.

My Zipp 2001 bike has been broken down for 15days so far, so my bike time is WAY less than normal, but I set my PB 1mi OW swim time this month and my pulled right groin is not hurting anymore as I gradually increase distance and effort.

So the totals are a bit on the low side:
