Subject: RE: Two races in two weeks you should be fine in terms of recovery. You might consider riding additional after the Oly to get in a full 56 on the bike. But depends on how you feel. This would be your last weekend to get in the full distance for the HIM. I probably wouldn't feel like doing much after any race, I just know people that do this if they have another race, as you do. recovery for a few days, and bring it back on during the following week pretty fast with swimming, cycling mainly. the following weekend would be tapering. |
