Subject: Your favorite sprint or oly's

Just found out the local sprint I have done the last couple years (in May) is not being held this year.  I am looking to do a sprint or oly in the May - July timeframe and would like to keep it within an hour or so of Northern VA.   Anyone have any suggestions..could be in VA, DC or MD.

Quite a few good races in that time frame... what are you looking for in the way of the race?  Big, small, flat, pool swim, etc.? 

I'm a fan of the Rock Hall race put on by Set Up in June (both sprint and international) but that may be a bit further than an hour away.

I am really up for any type of course..flat, hilly etc.  I could do up to 2 hours or so from DC for the right race.

I am thinking of doing this one again. Lots of options: Oly, sprint, du, or aquabike.

Not sure if it is open but I've done Monticelloman put on by Charlottesville Multisports before.  Small race, I had a good experience.

Also TriColumbia has a June race.  They usually put on a good race.
