I swam ok. I went out real fast then backed off worried I was going to fast. I guess I slowed down to much because I was a little slower that I wanted to be.

I changed somethings on T1 and it worked really well.

There was a strong wind and some rough chip seal. I feel pretty good about my time all things considered. I still need some work on my bike.

I was actually a little slow on this one. I had a little trouble getting shoes on.

I ran good out and most of the way back. I wonted to push the last mile and was doing pretty good until I rounded one of the last turns. It was up a small hill and right into the wind. I caught a couple of huge gusts and it just took it out of me. Also had some shoe trouble by the time I got back my hill was bleeding.
But overall I am pretty happy with my run time.

They messed up the awards. I am a member of the cain center wich is who put on the race. This year they decided to give an award to the fastes member. When they did that it kicked us out of the age group awards wich it wasn't supposed to do. The member thing was a bonus. So I talked to them after the awards because they forgot to even give the cain center awards out. They also messed up on the age groups. I didn't hag around for that mess something about cuting off age groups at 60 or 65 IDK. It was a mess. The lady in charge has never even been in a triathlon. When we talked to her she was real nice just didn't know enogh to run a race.
