Comments: Very windy from the north so the middle 13 or so was into the wind. Was right on pace for my 3:15 goal through 18 miles. Then my left hip tightened up and eventually led to a hamstring cramp at about mile 24. What would you do differently?: I few more long runs and some work to strengthen hips and butt. Post race

Up at 6:30 for an 8:30 start. Eat yogurt with granola and OJ. Dress and head to the race
Mostly trying to stay warm by staying indoors. I don't usually need a lot of warmup for running.
