I have a Garmin Swim and a FR610 as well and those connect just fine on both Windows 7 and Windows 8 machines. For some reason the 910xt just wouldn't connect. I also couldn't get it to connect to an ANT+ HR monitor that connected to my Forerunner and my Edge 800 so I'm fairly certain it was a hardware issue. It sounds like you're getting a connection, it's just failing to upload. You may want to try a reset by holding the power + enter buttons down until it shuts off. It could take up to 20-30 seconds or more. Just be patient. Thanks I don't think it is the watch. The watch is working fine with my HR monitor but will not finish loading the ANT agent software. Just weird! I am off to call the Support desk. |
