show up a little early, get a feel for the course and day

Great run overall, surprised myself greatly with the time.
Post race
Warm down:

5-10 cool down run but should of been 20 minutes, cut it short to make it to awards ceremony.

Event comments:

Good overall race for its size, I didn't have much left when I crossed the finish line and I am super pleased with the third mile avg pace of 6:18.
