Comments: Swim was okay..the first 3 lengths were tough as I was catching all the people in front of me, maybe I need to seed myself higher. When I got to the 4th length I found my sweetspot, an area with not alot of people around.I was able to settle in and go. What would you do differently?: Seed myself a little faster and not go out as hard. Transition 1
Comments: Good here, if it was a little warmer out I would have not toweled off as much. Bike

Comments: Of course the first 1\4 mile was just trying to get my legs back and get into a grove. By the first mile I had warmed up and started to speed up a bit. My 3rd mile was even faster and I finished strong. What would you do differently?: start my "kick" even sooner. I could have done the run in 25:30 i think Post race
Warm down: Just a hug from my wife... What limited your ability to perform faster: Me..the only answer here is me. I could have pushed a little harder on the bike and run. Last updated: 2013-04-17 12:00 AM

Nothing routine here as this was my first one. I had about a half cup of cherios and a GU pack, and coconut water.
Like everything else its the hurry up and wait syndrome. I walked around a bit and hit the bathroom twice. Some light stretching.
