Run
Comments: started off steady to see how i felt. Legs did feel that bad from racing yesterday. After 1st mile at 6:30 I didnt feel that bad. I picked it up some for second mile 6:30 6:17 Transition 1
Comments: put shoe on in T1. Wet grass and an ant pile next to my bike. Bike
Comments: When i got off my bike i can remember the speedometer saying my average was 21.7. i think i may hve rode more than 10 miles. Which makes sense because they switched the course in the middle of the race changing alternating turns at intersections. Felt yesterday's race more on the bike than on the runs. What would you do differently?: I raced the day before so I think i could have pushed it on the bike more if my legs werent tired Transition 2
Comments: quick as possible Run
Comments: didnt feel that bad. had big gaps in front of me and in back of me so no real push at the end but I still tried to finish strong. 7:04 6:39 Post race
