Pre-race routine:

met up with the kansas beef endurance team at johnny's in lawrence at 6am. Then drove to kc to start.
Event warmup:

Nothing, probably a problem. But it was hard while riding in a van from location to location

Comments:

I ran segments 6 and 10, and pushed hard on section 6. Averaged 7:22/mi, which I was happy with considering the hills and gravel roads. Took it easy on leg 10, as I was running with others.

Event comments:

Fun day, fun event, but definitely an all-day affair. Not too sure if I'll do it again, as it required a full 8 hours, but I did enjoy meeting everyone and running!
