Subject: Chicago Tri bike rental??

I'm trying to find a place that rents out tri bikes in Chicago.  I'm going to the 70.3 in Racine, WI in July. 

Any idea who might rent some out?  I've checked a bunch of websites, but haven't located one that said anything about rentals.

Has anybody heard of any place renting tri bikes for races?  Or is the only option to box and ship it?

I would think for a race like that you would want to ride your own bike.

There are places in Chicago that will rent higher end road bikes but I have never seen any that would rent out a tri bike.
