Comments: Felt better than last tri, still hurting but slowly improving. Glad I didn't wear the wet suit--water was warm and my breathing was fine. What would you do differently?: again, not get hit by a car :P more speed drills. Transition 1
Comments: Good transition. What would you do differently?: Nothing. went well. Bike
Comments: Good bike. What would you do differently?: Plow up hills a bit more. Transition 2
Run
What would you do differently?: Speedwork. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, had some watermelon, bananas, and water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Honestly, its still the car/bike accident. I'm recovering, but that time off plus injuries is still hurting me and probably will be all of this season. Event comments: Good race. The only thing I would change would be mile markers on the run course. Otherwise it was very nice and one I will probably do again. Last updated: 2006-06-21 12:00 AM
