Felt better than last tri, still hurting but slowly improving. Glad I didn't wear the wet suit--water was warm and my breathing was fine.

Walked around, had some watermelon, bananas, and water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Honestly, its still the car/bike accident. I'm recovering, but that time off plus injuries is still hurting me and probably will be all of this season.

Event comments:

Good race. The only thing I would change would be mile markers on the run course. Otherwise it was very nice and one I will probably do again.
