I have much lower mileage than everyone else who has posted, but I'm still happy with it.

Here are my totals for April.  Emphasis was on the run with my HM coming up on the 19th.  I was a slacker and only got in one lunchtime swim last month.  With the weather turning warmer I should be more consistent on the bike this month.

April's totals:
Bike:6h 52m 53s  - 107.7 Mi
Run:17h 07m 42s  - 117.71 Mi
Swim:32m  - 1500 M

I had a HIM race so that required a week of taper and a week of recovery.  Thus the numbers are lower than I wanted but my HIM was a PR by 9 min.

One of my best months to date.  I should see a decent increase for May, but happy with April's totals.

Between work and my kids sports taken up my time, were do you the rest of you find the time to put in such huge training hours?

Not shabby for getting back into Iron training, but it feels odd to not have odd categories there like Elephant Riding or Gate Wrangling.

As stated above; no kids, no wife, can ride to work (and take the long route for added mileage), can run during work and do not work more than an 8 hour day.  That makes it all pretty easy.  I don't know how any of you with kids/family can do any of this, you're the amazing ones in my book.

+ a HM and some taper for that but came in 2nd in AG so it was worth it and got more swimming in. Ready for first sprint tri of the season in 2 weeks.  Anxious to get going.

same situation here. really helps that 3 of my managers run marathons and typically schedule training runs during work hours.  i can also work more than 8 hours and get out early on friday or just not come in at all if i already have 40 hours in, so 3 day weekend whenever i want for training.
