The pic is very small. It would help to give model of bike and components. Also the year if you know it.

My fault. Felt S32 with Shimano 105 components. As far as the year I have no idea, I bought it used 3 years ago for $900. If anyone needs a more clear picture I can email it.

All original components, or has anything been upgraded?  Ten year old 105 components will not get you much traction.
