Subject: How many IM's did you complete in April?

My April numbers had me swimming the equivalent of 6.6 IM's

Bike 6.1 IM's

Run 2.8 IM's

 

I know I'm low on runs but my goal is to be healthy enough to start IM Whistler so I'm taking it easy on the running.

I don't have any plans to sign up for a full ironman anytime soon... but anyhow swam 2.8, biked 5.9, ran 4.1.

I don't count trainer miles, and hate pool swimming. And I'm not training for any race in particular. Definitely not long course.

I was pretty light on the biking miles last month:

2.2 bikes
3.6 runs 
5.8 swims

The bike has been a bit lame mileage-wise, but I spent a lot of time on the trainer in April so I'd say it pretty much is comparable to the other numbers.
