Sorry guys but movement here.. .
Start = 206
Today =206
My goal of 185 by sep seems a long way off but. I do have few races coming up that should help and one of my goals is a 50k . so sat is the day for that .. After that I can mess with changing diet and changing work outs.
I hope everyone has a great day

This week 215.8 down 4 pounds!!!! Cool

This week- 212.9 down 2.9!

Down to 211.9 this week, down 1 pound for the week and 7.9 for the month. My goal of 210 is still achieveable but it will take some work and some longer workouts the next two days

Thanks, yeah, it's about 11 pounds down so far. I reached my "breaking point" at the beginning of the month... my pants were WAY too tight, and I had 3 people at work mention that I had really gotten fat lately. Gotta love that brutal honesty from the Chinese.

Can you imagine in the US if someone from HR had said to you: "Ryan! I Think you need to exercise! I think you've really ...*puffs out cheeks and holds out arms to show fatness*" woof. thanks.

Anyway, it worked! Started logging my food and am slowly easing back into exercise.

Funny you should say that, had the same sort of thing happen but from friends, "Wow you are chunking up" That was about all it took

You know it probably would be a good thing if we could. Sometimes a harsh dose of reality is the best medicine.

Last day of the month, time to close this one out. How did everyone do on their goals?

I started around 220 and hoped to go sub 210 and ended 210.1

It was a good month overall for me but now comes the tougher weight to drop. New thread tomorrow!

Does anyone use the nutrition log. I'm trying to log my breakfast but they don't have a listing. How,do I save a food that's not listed.

Thanks guys.   Closed out at 187.2, so getting back to it.  I had two days this week - Memorial day and then Wednesday  - where my old eating habits reared their heads again (as in, eat without control...) just a reminder that I have to maintain focus, and even though I am near goal weight, or basically at for all intents and purposes, one slip leads to two leads to three, and before I know it, back to Clydesdale status.  Never ending battle, it is.

Started month: 216
Week 1: 214.2
Week 2: 212.6
Week 3: 212.2
End of Month: 211.0

Was hoping to end the month at 210... Hit 209 at my low point but didn't have a great memorial day weekend/a busy week that I chose to skip a few workouts for and ate below my standard too... Still happy with my month though.

I travelled a bit in May, and justified eating poorly because of it. That led to a 3-week bender, which resulted in a big weight gain. I was up to 178.4. Got back on track on Monday, and am down to 174.2 this morning!

My ultimate, wishful-thinking, goal is to be 165 some day. That would be 3 lbs. less than my high school graduation weight, 26 years ago. I just don't believe that could happen.

I am going to need the moral support because after my 130 mile ride event in June RATPOD I am having knee surgery. I am scared of weight gain!

Start of May - 175.?
Start of June - 178.4
Today - 174.2

Good work getting back on track! We all have slipped before, all that matters is that you get back to it.

Just a FYI we have a month to month thread for this. There is a June one up.
