Subject: Good sites for water temps?
KC Tri is less than 2 weeks away, can anybody suggest any sites for tracking Longview Lake? Anybody else thinking about doubling up on caps..

I'll be bringing two caps just in case.  As for Longview Lake water temps I have yet to find a source.  Tempted to head out there and stick a thermometer in the water.

The temps should be posted here but Longview Temp was not listed.  Based on other Lake temps I'd say it's around 50 right now.

I just called Longview Marina and they said it's currently 54 degrees.  Brrrrrrrr.

Makes me wonder at what point will the RD drop the swim portion and just do the bike and run??
