Run
Comments: Not bad, need to get a bit quicker, hung with the top 10 was my plan What would you do differently?: More speed work and work on running then jumping on the bike, so maybe work a few run-bike-run bricks Transition 1
Comments: Short run from run in to my bike, had to get HR under control, then long run to bike out Bike
Comments: Loved the draft legal format, worked hard out of T1 to get out and find a fast wheel and moved to a faster wheel each time. Didn't have time to put on gloves or move garmin, was a fast pace chase. Lost the wheel of the TT guy with about 1.75 to go What would you do differently?: Bring the tri bike and keep working on staying on a wheel and not letting my mental lapse lose a fast wheel Transition 2
Comments: Had a crappy spot to rack, very long T2 run to rack and back to run out area, oh well Run
Comments: Felt like doo doo, and couldn't close the gap on 5th place as he was hurting too, as he kept looking back at me but I had not much go in the legs What would you do differently?: Need to work on the du format to do a bit better Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Not ready for a du, but like how they are run. Might do a few more of these Last updated: 2013-01-14 12:00 AM

Took it easy, needed to get my spokes tightened, didn't have my spoke wrench, as a result got a crappy rack location but not concerned
Quick little run to stretch the legs, about 10 minutes
