No big race report here. This was my 4th in 23 days, and all I wanted to do was finish. I purposely backed off the pace because I want to ramp up my training next week and begin my ultra training, so I don't want to be sore for several days. It rained as I drove towards Cicny, then stopped in Newport. The rain held off until mil 21, so I gotta be thankful. Held a pretty good pace and didn't push to hard at any point. Knees were getting stiff, so I need to work on that. Finished. Got medal. Changed clothes that were waiting for me at the PBN tent. Walked across Purple People Bridge to Newport. Got in car parked at Momouth Coffee shop and drove to Starbucks. Got coffee, went home...hot showre.
