Dr Bronners soaps. You can find them at GNC. I used to scrub and scrub and just let them wear off as they wanted to.

One day I grabbed the other bottle, Dr Bronner's. The ink basically dissolved off. It was great.

I've used this stuff since Boy Scouts camping in the '70s. Great stuff.

Baby oil. Works great on race numbers and Cat 6 tattoos as well.

I carry alcohol wipes in my bag.  Those things need to be off before I hit the local beer and pizza place.  I talk loud enough for everyone to know I'M A TRIATHLETE THAT JUST FINISHED A RACE AND DIDN'T WIN without needing the numbers.

By the way, as an alternative to body marking, I love these things:

Look super professional and saves standing in line raceday morning.
