Subject: Back to Back bike rides I guess like many folks - I can't get much riding done during the weekend - except wind trainer sets. These are a necessary evil - but I loath them and can only stomach doing an hour at maximum... I manage to get time in the mornings on weekends. Is it bad idea to do bike rides on Sat and Sunday? Idea would be to to do maybe an 1:30 on saturday with a run tagged on, with a 3 hour + ride on Sunday... I want to really try and make gains on the bike - I am back of the pack and feel without addressing the bike - I don't have much hope of getting to middle of the pack. My swimming sucks, but I think that will take a long time to address and running is my strength... Thoughts please..... |
