Subject: RE: Anybody count calories or macros? i do. i have an overall body composition goal that i'm working toward, and i need to count calories and macros carefully to be able to there. it's all a science experiement, and i need to take notes. i vary my routine and experiment with different things. for several months i counted cals and aimed for a 40/40/20 ratio of carb/prot/fat. i'm current eating a lot (to curb weight loss and hopefully continue to recomp ) and just switched to eating about 1g/lb of prot, .5 g/lb of fat, and the rest carb. If I were to get it just right, that would be 185g prot and about 95g fat. (I also weight train in addition to tri training ) |
