Subject: RE: trail running shoes, but not running on trails I think it is a personal preference. From what I understand (probably wrong ), but trail shoes have a stronger/heavy/ bulkier sold than road shoes. I personally have the Brooks Burn, Cascadia's, and the T4 Racer. I used the Cascadia's last week on an 11 mile road run, and I didn't have any issues (as far as knee pains or anything like that ). It is all a matter of personaly preference though. |
