Run was good I kept with the 4 hour pacer until I got caught up at mile 16 aid station. The last 5 miles through the swamp were tough. Drank water every 2 miles a GU and water every 4.
What would you do differently?:

nothing, missed a spot with body glide under my right arm. I now have a smiley face rub burn

none

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I'm slow

Event comments:

I was disappointed there were no cold drinks at the finish. I just ran 26.2 miles, you could give me a cold water. The sub sandwiches were lame.

You’re probably not going to get it just right immediately. Like always, just do the best you can and keep on keeping on. Don’t get upset if you don’t hit the target every time.
