First time swimming with my tri top on, and I could definitely feel the addt'l drag.

Comments:

Changing my stock saddle before the race to the Adamo ISM Road had me a little worried since I had just guessed at the height & angle, but it felt so much better than my stock saddle. I was able to stay on the aero bars much longer, and put more power to the pedals while on them.

Run

Comments:

Still a struggle for me. Coming out of T2 I had to walk for about 30 seconds to let my body adjust. After that I had to keep a slow pace due to a pain in my right knee.
