Hey all, I finally got a chance to write down a few (to many) thoughts on IMTX. All in all, it was a great race, great course, and fun trip. I would definitely go back!

Wow awesome job. Extremely quick all around but the run really sticks out to me. Sub 3hrs on a day that sounds like it was really hot... congrats!

That's very impressive. Well done! Anyone who can do a sub-3 hour marathon in an ironman is a tough dude.

The heat was really tough, especially being from IA where we have had none of it! I definitely melted on the third lap of the run.

Congrats on a great race during a brutally hot day. Glad the upset stomach during the swim didn't ruin your day. Thanks for sharing your race report and good luck as a pro.

Thanks! The upset stomach didn't ruin my day...but it may have ruined that poor volunteer's shoes. I felt really bad!
