Do you mean a swimspa, swimtreadmill kind of thing, a thing that beeps to increase your stroke rate or a coach that tells you how to fix your stroke?

I mean a mechanical trainer that you lay on.....like the Vasa Ergometer Trainer. It's sounding like they aren't overly popular. Ha!

Um never tried one, but I have some $20 resistance bands I use for strength using swim stroke while lying on my workout bench......
