Feeling pretty good today, got an extra 45 minute ride in as it's a public holiday here in Oz and the roads are quiet. Shame about the cold drizzle that hit me when I was farthest from home, but it was just good motivation to go a little faster and get home sooner!

Been too quiet and too few posts here for a couple of days.
My best category right now seems to be the one on one time (although I can't count tonight - it was 1 on 2 time taking the girls to the pool )

running is falling behind but I have gotten in the water twice to do some drills (then play with the kids)

Good job. That is the best category to get the most time in. Now..... GO FOR A RUN!!

(getting my head wet today, if the rain stays away).

work has been very stressful lately. Two new students started in my room on Monday. My class size is now 12 should be no more then 8 students ( I am a special education teacher) Work is interfering with my training.

It is the best category and I'm so glad that Scott added that goal. I copied him and my happiness level has gone up exponentially since I began doing this. Much of my quality time with my son this month has been teaching him to drive and it has allowed me to be more zen-like instead of more AAAARRRGGGGHHHH.

Sue, glad that you are recovering so well! Sorry for the work. Yea, work has really been interfering with my life too. No fun

Stitches and an overloaded classroom? I would suggest tasering as a motivation, but it sounds like you've already been tortured enough this week!

I could offer to taser everyone. That might liven things up around here. Nothing like a quick jolt of electricity to wake everyone up.

I'm behind on bike and strength but the running's going great guns and the  planks are OK. Looking at the spreadsheet there are  2 people over the half way mark, way to go Suefesta and Pink Socks!

After a "lazy weekend" I'll pass on the taser offer, but thanks for asking

If I did it right, for those of you that are interested, I have some shots of our new arrival in an album under my training log

Wow, that is a great looking family all the way around! The baby is gorgeous and so is her mom. Thanks for sharing. I also looked at the Father's Day album and saw the rest of the family. You have a great looking family and I love the gift.

Maybe the only looking for the post But when I am out running or riding, I have been trying to figure out my goals for the TdF Challenge!!!!
Think I am going with 21 Stages, 21 hours and if I have to - 300 miles. All the while trying to re-establish my running base.

Did 20 miles last night, 3000 swim this morning, and yes I plan on doing around 50 miles this weekend plus a 6+ mile run. You know me, might be last second, but I'll get it.
