Subject: Removing calluses I thought this would be a common question on here, but the forum search isn’t pulling anything back for me, so here goes: In 10+ years of running, I’ve never had major problems with calluses on my feet, but over the past couple months, I’ve developed a pretty large callus on the outside of my big toe. It’s getting to the point where it’s bothering me in normal shoes, so it’s time for it to go! I don’t think I want to remove it completely, since they are supposed to protect your feet somewhat.
So tell me, BT, what’s the best method you’ve found to get rid of calluses? Hot water with Epsom salt or cider vinegar? Pumice stone or something else? Any tips are appreciated!
