What does everyone suggest for T1 and wetsuit lubricant? I hear 3 all of the time: Body Glide, Pam (cooking spray), and Vaseline. I have an Orca S4 3/4 wetsuit.

I've used body glide and it's perfectly adequate.  No Vaseline as it can degrade the wetsuit.

Body Glide fan here too. I have had good success with it. Of course it depends on the distance you are going, you may need to vas up on the course later on. Humility goes right out the window there.

In the past I used Body Glide for running. For a wetsuits lube I like Trislide because it is a spray for my lower legs and arms.

So can Cooking spray. I use Suit Juice to get my suit on and Body Glide where chafing is a possibility.

Dang, my suit is still too loose.  I don't need anything to get it on :(

Tri glide is good. Not supposed to use petroleum based stuff in wetsuit, but some say it's not that bad. I don't use vaseline on wetsuit.

TriSlide on my legs to help facilitate removal (applied before putting suit on), BodyGlide or 2Toms for spots that might chafe (neck, arms).

Just FYI, using Pam will void the warranty on some wetsuits.

I just started using Trislide and am already a fan of it. Goes on easy and no chafing.

Another fan of trislide. I used other products in stick form or pump form, but the spray on form of Trislide works great. The first race I used it in was IM Arizona. I've had chaffing issues around the neck and underarms before, but in my longest swim ever, no issues with chaffing when using the Trislide. Goes on easy.

Yup Trislide for me too. I love that it easily sprays on with less mess than sticks etc. A couple of sprays round my neck, I spread it around using my wrists so it doesn't get all over my hands, and that's it. Never had any chafing problems in my 800-4,000 m swims.
