Completed a few sprint tris since 2004 but none since my son was born in 2007. Looking to start back up again!

Hi!

If you havent already check out the Michigan Forum.  Quite often during the week there are people that head for island lake for open water swims, rides, and runs.  We've got people that are at all different levels that usually come.
