Is this an ongoing thing or is it just today? Sometimes you just gotta eat.

I've had something similar, and I was told that most likely, your body has found a set point for its caloric needs. Basically, you've established what you need to take in on a daily basis. My guess is that you've probably gotten into a pattern in terms of when you eat, and about how much you eat each time. When it's time to eat, you'll know.

The other possibility is that you consumed a fair amount over the weekend, and the fullness mentally carried over, or you're drinking alot of water.

Yea, I drink enough water. It's just that I'm not hungry. I now eat oatmeal in the morning with a banana or a fruit. Lunch I eat something I find around (usually small). And dinner is salad with something small and light. I know that isn’t enough for me. I’m 180 pounds and not all muscle. So, I know there’s something up.

I have weeks like that, too.  Sometimes I'm just not hungry and sometimes I feel like I could eat all day and still be hungry.  I'm guessing that it'll go away.

Usually when I have those times, I make myself eat a set number of calories even when I'm not all that hungry.  I know my body needs the food because I am training even though my brain thinks I don't.  Make sure that you're giving your body enough food.

Do you record your meals: (cals, carbs, protein, fat and time of the day)? Not eating is ok till you don’t put your body into starvation since this would stop dead and gains you are trying top make. You can always add some B12 vitamin to help you with low hunger.
