Swim
  • 33m 12s
  • 1500 meters
  • 02m 13s / 100 meters
Comments:

Felt pretty good. Probably could have gone harder but didn't want to tire myself out.
What would you do differently?:

Go harder
Transition 1
  • 01m 51s
Comments:

Transition was good. Need to make sure my shoes are secure and not dangling.
Bike
  • 1h 15m 35s
  • 24.8 miles
  • 19.77 mile/hr
Transition 2
  • 01m 3s
Comments:

Ran into transition with another racer that took her time getting to the rack and was in the way of me racking my bike. In frustration, I didnt get the seat high enough to avoid hitting the aerobars on the rack.
Run

  • 07m 32s  min/mile
Comments:

Good run, i liked that you could see the racers in front and behind you on the out and backs. Kind of got boring on the second loop.
Post race
Warm down:

My first triathlon was at age 56. At first I was just the cameraman at my daughter's first triathlon, then I am doing the races that she has done.
