Originally posted by desertchica I may have to get in on this with injury prone azz! I have finally discovered slow and frequent running which seems to be helping. I do strength training which helps also but I imagine daily core would be awsome. Can I just throw in some planks on my days when I don't have strength training scheduled?

Yes--but you can throw in anything core related, doesn't have to be planks.  Go to the challenge me section and throw your name in.  Woo-hoo!

Ah man I'll have to do this now....

I was doing one of the BT core WO years ago and it was soooo helpful.  Was looking for an excuse to get more dedicated with my core workouts.

One of the things that set ProMotion above some of the other suits is there ability to modify a suit when necessary. ProMotion wants a suit to fit right off the rack. This is a solid suit.

I'm going to let you in on how to get faster by doing nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, but you won't have to raise your heart rate, put out 300 watts, or really even break a sweat.

The boat was being tossed around. Someone noted that there were whitecaps on the waves. Another guy said, “This is going to be challenging.” I began to wonder what he meant by 'challenging'.

I quickly browsed an article in Men's Health that talked about doing a triathlon, and how it wasn't really that hard. With a "tsk!" I quickly turned the page while thinking, "Yeah, right!"
