Best bike I have ever owned... but more bike than I really need... this is a 2012 Trek Madone 6.9 SSL Project One bike, size 54cm H1 fit. Just one year ago, this was the best frame Trek made! It has full Shimano Ultegra 6770 Di2 and Shimano Ultegra tubeless compatible wheels (with brand new tubeless Bontrager R3 tires). The bike is in excellent condition with only some minor scratches on the seat mast from saddle height adjustments. The multi-shift firmware upgrade was recently performed, giving push and hold to sweep the cassette functionality. Trek Duotrap speed/cadence ANT+ sensor is installed, new BB bearings and race ready The crank is 172.5mm standard (53/39) gearing. PRO Vibe 7S stem (80mm), Pro Vibe 7S bar (size 42), and PRO Turnix Titanium railed saddle. $3500 plus shipping!

Some questions about why I am selling it given it is in perfect condition... I recently had neck fusion surgery and the H1 fit is too aggressive for me and need to get a bike with a more relaxed geometry... this is an incredible bike and a steal for the price...

How tall are you? What is your inseam?

I am interested but I think this bike might be too big?

I am 5'7" with a 29.5/30" inseam
