Set up bike. Ran 2 miles. Gel with caf.

Pool swim, pool had open general area I swam a few laps in shortly before my swim turn.

Un-clipped and took shoes off. Need to try taking feel out of shoes and riding last bit on top of shoes, running in shocks and zipping running shoes on.
