This is my husband's RR - he wanted to share it with the BT community who are thinking about doing this race.

"Just wanted to put in a word for the Garrett County Gran Fondo/Diabolical Double (http://www.winthefight.org/granfondo/diabolical_double.htm). I've seen several posts on BT and other Tri forums focused on how hard this ride is, and that certainly is the case.


However, the stand-out feature of this ride is the course. I can't even imagine how much time it took to put the route together. Challenging climbs in every way, shape and form, plus incredible scenery. The support was also very good to excellent. This has to be one of the greatest long-course rides in the Eastern US.
