had 3rd place girl in my sights and set my goal to catch her...pushed and got her, with about .25 mile she got me back with about 200 meters...

kept on pushing through last 200 meters if possible.....great effort. best run

awards went to only top 1st finishers...not too much of a big deal. I would have been more disappointed had I stayed in 3rd and not 4th

I’ve signed up to do the St. Anthony’s Olympic Triathlon in April. I will be 49 in May and need some advice on a good training program to fit into my full time work schedule.
