Thanks guys and nice work. I'm going to be hard pressed to get my stages done this week. I'll make the miles but I may have to do a few really short rides to get the stages in. I'll do my best to get them done.

I missed my long ride this weekend as my chain broke right at the start - I could log the 25 seconds, but probably not worth it! I've often wondered about cranking up the super short hill at the start - it's like 20+% and you start it with no lead in, so it's really just a tough mash-fest at max torque. Maybe not the best for the chain and other bike parts. I literally cannot walk up it in bike shoes though, so it's easier to just pedal up. I guess I'll walk it in bare feet from now on and mount at the top.

I see no entries for jo63 and MikeK_PA. I know jo63 will be entering stuff and is doing fine. Not sure about Mike.

I got a great interval ride in this morning, and I'm now at 10 stages for 514, good for 81%. I'll hit the number of stages (chain disasters aside) and I upped my target mileage a bit to account for the craziness of my big bike week.

I got another stage completeed last night, 27.5 miles. I'm at 341 miles with so 59 to go and I will make that. I'm gonna be close on the stages. I need to do 5 more so I may just do a couple of short ones to meet my obligation. Been tough trying to do this and train for Ironman Wisconsin.

I'm kinda the same, I think I'll squeeze the miles in, but I guess I'll have to stop and
start a few times to get the extra stages

14 Stages / 371 Miles

Did a ride this morning, and I've got 2 rides and 62 miles to go. No problem on hitting those with Fri/Sat longish rides planned.

Tony, I thought cycling would have been part of IM training????

HAHA! Warren it wouldn't be if I didn't have to worry about swimming and running too! I'm pretty sure I'll make my commitment. I'll be riding the next 4
days to make it. Two short 20 minute rides today and Saturday, and intermediate ride on Friday and my long ride on Sunday.

Well I doubled up this morning to start my push to Paris !
I figured if the tour guys could do Alp du Huez twice today, I could ride my loop twice
Probably going to have to continue this for the finish.

2 Stages today for 34 Miles
Total 16 = 405 Miles

Hope all is going well. I have had a few bumps in the road but I'm almost there. Just two stages and 25 miles to go. I have to work 12 hour shifts the next three days but I'm determined to get my stages in.

Any body heard from Kansas Mom or MikeK? If they've dropped out we need to take them off the spread sheet. If not we need to get them to update their miles. Maybe they'll see this and respond.

Go Team.

Dan nice work! I got another stage done last night for 30 miles. So I have 2 stages and 17 miles to go. I will do a quick 20 minute ride for 6 more miles this morning before I run and then tomorrow I do my long ride. I am expecting to do around 80 miles so I should be able to meet my goal after the ride tomorrow. I hope everybody else is doing well and is close to meeting their goals for the challenge.

Dan nice work on doubling up on those stages!

Warren yeah you're making the rest of us look like a bunch of slackers with all that mileage you've racked up.

I got my last short ride in today so 12 stages down and one more to go. I am doing my long ride early tomorrow morning and I will hit both the stage and mileage goal. Unfortunately it won't be an easy ride into Paris, I'll be getting punished on the hills! However I will be happy to meet my goals for the team challenge.

Nice Riding team! I forced another stage today and will finish in Paris tomorrow. Hope everyone gets there. The rain almost derailed me but after watching the real TDF- I thought suck it up buttercup and get riding-lol.

I think we did lose Mikek and Kansasmom but maybe they'll show up in Paris.

See everyone at the finish.

Great Job Team! I too rode into Paris and it was beautiful- my family rode with me including m 10 yo. She even managed to maintain 12 mph for 8 miles. It was a great ride.

Nice to see you guys at the finish.

I didn't make it to Paris. Frown A week in Chicago and the final day of the tour on an Amtrak train for 12 hours derailed (haha) my effort. Sorry team.

17 stages -- 200.30 miles. Missed it by 4 stages and 49.70 miles. I should have been able to make it.
