Does anyone train there swimming with Forearm paddles? I just saw them, and i was wondering how well they work.

Whoa...never seen those before.

Is the area where the wrist would go over flexible?  Seems like it would be a very tough training aid to use if you can't bend your wrist.

I have the Tyr version - the masters coach had me try them and they help you feel the pull - so I use them for a couple of lengths sometimes in warm up

This sounds very interesting to potentially help correct a problem I have had since high school with the way I bend my wrist on entry, Could you do me a favor and post a link to the specific Tyr ones you have?

Here you go - I have the red ones:

I use the regular version of these as my paddles. Yellow normally but used green after I hurt my shoulder. Finally ready to transition back

I started out swimming only 50 yards at a time. In the beginning I would swim with training paddles and a float between my legs. I struggled to stay on top of the water.
